Terms and Conditions

At HL Personal Training, we want every person to get the most out of their process.
For this reason, and in order to maintain fair and organized operations, we clearly explain how sessions, training packages, and subscriptions work.

1. Four-Week Subscription Plan

The service operates under a subscription model with a duration of four weeks, starting from the date of your first session. Payment secures your spot in the agreed schedule and capacity during those four weeks. The fee is charged regardless of attendance, as your place is reserved exclusively for you throughout this period. At the end of the four weeks, the plan is automatically or scheduled to renew, ensuring continuity in your training.

2. Training Packages and Validity

Each plan includes a specific number of sessions (for example, 8 sessions per plan). These sessions are valid only during the four-week duration of the plan. They cannot be accumulated, transferred to another period, or assigned to another person. When a new plan begins (every four weeks), a new cycle automatically starts with its corresponding sessions.

3. Session Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a session, you may cancel it with at least 5 hours’ notice. Cancellations made outside this time frame, or no-shows without prior notice, will result in the loss of the corresponding session. Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or through the usual contact method with your trainer.

4. Session Make-Ups

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, in justified cases (illness, travel, work-related reasons, etc.), you may make up a maximum of 2 sessions per plan. Make-up sessions may be carried over to the following four-week plan, provided that:

your training plan remains active and ongoing, and

the next plan is paid in full.

If the plan is not renewed, any pending sessions cannot be recovered.

5. Active Training Plan

Each client must always have a valid and active training plan in order to participate in sessions and/or recover classes. This allows us to ensure consistent, safe, and goal-oriented follow-up.

6. Commitment and Mutual Respect

At HL Personal Training, we value commitment, consistency, and respect for everyone’s time. Compliance with these rules allows us to provide a high-quality service, maintain organized schedules, and guarantee the personalized attention each client deserves.

7. Image Use and Recording of Training Sessions

The client is informed that, for promotional, informational, and communication purposes, some training sessions carried out at HL Personal Training Center may be recorded in video and/or photographic format for later publication on the center’s social media platforms, website, and other official digital channels.

Such recordings will always be carried out with full respect for the dignity, privacy, and personal image of clients, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Participation in these recordings is entirely voluntary. If the client does not wish to appear in images or videos, they must expressly notify the responsible trainer or the HL Personal Training team in advance, so that the necessary measures can be taken and they are not included in any recording.

Failure to provide express notice will be understood as tacit consent for the capture and use of the client’s image within the limits described above, without giving rise to any right to financial compensation.

The client may revoke their consent at any time by submitting a written request to the HL Personal Training team. Such revocation shall not have retroactive effects on content that has already been lawfully published.
